Refer & Earn Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • The program is open to all existing registered customers of Senthur Chits India Pvt Ltd.
   • Referrals must be new customers who are not already registered with Senthur Chits.
2. Referral Bonus
   • First Referral: A guaranteed bonus of ₹500 will be credited upon successful registration and first chit subscription by the referred customer.
   • From 2nd Referral onwards: Bonus of up to ₹500 each, depending on the chit value subscribed by the referred customer.
3. Conditions for Earning
   • The referral reward will be processed only after the referred customer pays their first instalment.
   • If the referred customer defaults within the first three months, Senthur Chits reserves the right to reverse the referral bonus.
   • One person can be referred only once. Multiple claims for the same referral are not permitted.
4. Payment of Rewards
   • Referral bonuses will be credited either as:
     1. Direct adjustment in the referrer’s chit installment, OR
     2. Added as Senthur Token Coins which can be used within the chit installment period.
   • Bonus credit may take up to 15 working days after the referred customer’s successful registration and payment.
5. Limitations
   • There is no limit on the number of referrals a customer can make.
   • However, the company reserves the right to cap or modify rewards in special cases.
   • The reward amount may vary depending on the value of the chit subscribed by the referred customer.
6. Referral Bonus Calculations
   • First Referral: Guaranteed ₹500 bonus.
   • From 2nd Referral onwards: Bonus based on chit value:
     • Chits below ₹2,00,000 → ₹100
     • Chits ₹2,00,000 – ₹5,00,000 → ₹250
     • Chits above ₹5,00,000 → ₹500
7. Misuse & Disqualification
   • Any fraudulent activity, including self-referrals (using own number, alternate accounts, or family accounts), will lead to immediate disqualification.
   • Senthur Chits reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and take appropriate action if misuse is detected.
8. Program Changes
   • Senthur Chits India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer & Earn program at any time, without prior notice.
   • The decision of the company regarding eligibility, rewards, or disputes will be final and binding.
9. Legal Disclaimer
   • This program is a promotional offer and does not create any legal, contractual, or employment rights.
   • Participation implies acceptance of all terms & conditions.
